We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before noon EST on these days, will be shipped on that day. All others will be shipped out the following shipping day. We do not ship on the weekends, Tuesday or Thursday and Holidays.
Domestic Flat Rate Shipping is provided by USPS. All domestic shipments are sent via USPS First Class if your order is less than 13 ounces or by USPS Priority for all orders over 13 ounces and include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer. Flat Rate shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on location and postal volumes.
*Free Shipping, when offered will be sent by by cheapest shipping method. You are welcome to pay for a faster shipping method if you choose.
International shipping is provided by USPS Priority International with delivery confirmation until transferred to the relevant shipping country. As of January 4th, 2016 we will only be shipping to Canada. It can take several weeks for international orders depending on customs backlog in the receiving country. The Click & Co Store is not responsible for customs or duty taxes charged by the receiving country or shippers.
You may return most new, unopened items within seven days of delivery for a full refund. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition in original product packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned camera bags unless it is for an exchange or store credit. Click&Co Store is not responsible for any VAT, customs or brokerage fees charged if shipped International.
You may return defective items with fourteen days of receiving your order. Defective items need not include original product packaging but must not reflect use in excess of normal wear-and-tear. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Due to the nature of digital downloads and gift cards, such products are not subject to refunds or credit.
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com. We will issue a return address and instructions on returning the item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
